Centre québécois de données génomiques
The Quebec Genomic Data Center (CQDG) is a data harmonization and sharing platform for clinical and genomic datasets produced by Québec’s clinical and research studies. CARTaGENE's genome-wide sequencing data are hosted at CQDG.
Variant browser
The Variant browser is a visualization tool for genome-wide sequencing data created by Daniel Taliun's team (McGill University). This browser presents chromosome location, alleles, functional annotations and allele frequencies for over 80 million variations observed in the sequenced genomes of CARTaGENE participants.
Pheweb
This platform displays Phenome-wide association (PheWAS) results from the CARTaGENE cohort (i.e., statistical associations between individuals' trait information and genomic variations across the cohort).
Geneo Portal
Généo is a research portal that combines geographic, genetic and genealogical data for innovative studies in Quebec. The portal is based on the collaboration between the BALSAC project, the Centre interuniversitaire d'études québécoises (CIEQ) and the CARTaGENE platform.
Canadian Partnership for Tomorrow's Health portal
The Canadian Partnership for Tomorrow's Health (CanPath) is a pan-Canadian initiative aiming to create a research platform and establishing a nationwide cohort of participants who will be followed over time. The CanPath portal provides researchers with tools to identify data and biological samples collected by the seven participating cohorts, including CARTaGENE, to address a wide range of innovative research questions.
